At Femme Verve, each of our items is made to order with care to ensure sustainability and minimize waste. As an Australian business, we are not obligated to offer refunds for change of mind. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help.
Returns & Refunds - 30-Day Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at contact@femmeverve.com.au and include photos as proof. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Processing Refunds: To request a refund, please email us at contact@femmeverve.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. Refunds will be processed based on the circumstances of each case.
Change of Mind: As all items are custom-made upon order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your sizing and order details before making a purchase.

Digital products
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. However because some of our products are digital goods, we cannot receive a return of the digital product from you once it has been downloaded. For that reason we process refunds on a case to case basis.
If you change your mind about purchasing a digital product and you have not downloaded the product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
